The Home Buying Process Simplified:

Step 1 - Initial Consultation
We’ll discuss your needs, target area, timeline, price range, strategies, and next steps.

Step 2 - Obtain Preapproval Letter
You will work with a lender to get a loan preapproval letter.

Step 3 - Showings
The fun begins! I will find homes that are the best match for you and schedule showings for us to attend.

Step 4 - Submit Offers
The offers will be submitted and negotiated. Once mutually agreed, you will be under contract!

Step 5 - Escrow
You will provide the agreed upon earnest money, initiate the formal loan application, review the contract with your attorney, and order an inspection.

Step 6 - Negotiations & Appraisal
We will negotiate requests for repairs resulting from the inspection findings. The bank will perform an appraisal on the property.

Step 7 - Final Walkthrough
We will perform a final walkthrough of the house prior to closing to ensure everything is in the same condition as when we went into contract.

Step 8 - Close
Sign the closing documents, obtain the house keys, and move into your new home!
