The Home Selling Process Simplified:

  • Step 1 - Initial Consultation

  • Step 2 - Home Preparation

    You will make necessary repairs and fill out the seller disclosures. I will take professional photos and videos.

  • Step 3 - List the House

    The fun begins! I will market the house to produce willing and able buyers.

  • Step 4 - Accept an Offer

    The offers will be reviewed and negotiated. Once mutually agreed, you will be under contract!

  • Step 5 - Escrow

    You will hire a title company. The Buyer will have an inspection and appraisal done.

  • Step 6 - Inspection Negotiations

    Negotiate requests for repairs resulting from the inspection findings.

  • Step 7 - Final Walkthrough

    The buyer will perform a final walkthrough of the house prior to closing.

  • Step 8 - Close

    Sign title and escrow documents, hand over the house keys, and collect the check!
